All orders are processed within 15 business days. Please note that shipments and deliveries do not occur on weekends or public holidays.

3. Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
A confirmation email will be sent to you once your order has shipped. You will find your order tracking number(s) and details in the email.

Please be advised that meit.shop is not responsible for any customs fees or taxes that may apply to your order. Any charges incurred during or after shipping, including tariffs and taxes, are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Damages
Please note that meit.shop will not liable for any items that are damaged or lost during shipping. Should your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Be sure to retain all packaging materials and damaged items before submitting a claim.
