Background story:
Founded in late 2017, ME-IT Solutions & Services Pte Ltd began its journey as a provider of traditional IT products and services, including comprehensive managed IT services. However, the trajectory of the company took a meaningful turn when the founder took a two-year leave of absence to fulfill the role of a primary caregiver.
During this personal journey, the founder encountered numerous challenges inherent to caregiving, sparking insights into how tailored IT solutions could alleviate some of these difficulties. Recognising a gap in the market, and driven by firsthand experience, he envisioned a transformative solution that could support caregivers, the elderly, and patients within the healthcare sector.
Upon resuming business operations, the founder channeled his expertise and newfound perspective into creating Health Butler. Building on the success of this platform, ME-IT further expanded its offerings with Care Attendance to healthcare providers.
